Medical Reimbursement

Php 25,000.00 per occurence / Php 100,000.00 in aggregate

The Pet owner will be reimbursed for medical expenses necessarily iccured to treat or diagnose the insured pet as a result of a covered accident or illness. 

Cruciate Ligament Injuries*

Burial Asssistance Benefit (Lump Sum Benefit)

Php 10,000.00

Due to Euthanasia only

Owner's Liability

Php 100,000.00 per occurence and in aggregate

We shall pay for the actual or compensatory damages and costs in case the pet owner becomes legally liable for third party property damage and/or bodily injury due to the actions of the insured pet.

*Limit forms part of and not in addition to the Medical Reimbursement limit.

Malayan’s Dengue Cash is a Personal Accident Insurance that provides cash assistance following medical confirmation of contraction of Dengue by the Insured. *NO CONFINEMENT NEEDED!

ACCIDENTAL TOTAL PERMANENT DISABILITY = PHP 10,000.00

ACCIDENTAL DISABLEMENT AND DISMEMBERMENT = PHP 10,000.00

DENGUE CASH ASSISTANCE = PHP 10,000.00

GUIDELINES IN THE EVENT OF CLAIM

For claims, the insured may go to our nearest branch to their area then provide the following:

1. DENGUE CASH ASSISTANCE

2. Copy of Dengue Cash insurance policy

3. Medical Certificate duly signed by a licensed physician

4. Dengue laboratory and/or serologic test result (showing positive sign of infection)

5. Copy of valid/government issued ID
